Sweet Nothings

Summiteers have one thing in common: We all smell like the foodcourt.
This was particularly pointed out to me by my former boss, Seventeen EIC Mia Fausto, when, one night after dinner, her husband mentioned this sneaky little tidbit. Apparently we’ve all been in the dark prior to this revelation. Surely from time to time we’d come in and find the office a little bit too foggy; or notice a strange cloud looming above our heads. (After all, it’s quite normal on any given day to see bolts of pseudo-lightning coming from someone shooting last-minute products/gizmos/accessories at a nearby desk).
But smelling like lunch is another thing.
Perhaps it is this haze that draws us to each others desks, and feed our insatiable appetite for pizza, chips and chocolate, no matter how much pizza, chips, and chocolate we’ve already ingested from countless shoots. It is this happy, healthy, and food-loving environment that probably keeps most of us going in this crazy, hectic world of magaziine publishing.
In my case, it’s the readily available dessert options a few steps away that make the daily (foodcourt) mist totally bearable ;)

you really one of the great..ive learned a lot from you, youve thought me everything…more power
Thank you for your comment! I just saw it now!!
